Processing typically takes 2–5 minutes, depending on the length of your video and our server load. If you allow notifications, we'll let you know when it's ready.
Boardsmania works with any video format that your iPhone can play: MP4, MOV, and others. You can also upload screen recordings from Instagram or Facebook — we'll detect and crop the app chrome automatically. Just pick it from your photo library or share it directly to Boardsmania.
Yes! If there are multiple people in your video, the app gives you the option to select which skier you want to follow. Just tap on the person you want to focus on, and Boardsmania will build the kinogram around their turns.
No. Until the end of 2026 you can make as many kinograms as you like.
Yes, absolutely. Your uploaded video and all the images we extract from it are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We don't keep copies, train models on them, or share them with anyone. The only exception is feedback you send from the app with technical details attached. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Yes! Before processing starts, you can drag the sliders to find the ideal section with your perfect turn or arc. Move them as much as you need to get exactly the right moment. Once you tap the Generate button, the section is locked and processing begins.
Boardsmania is free until the end of 2026. Pricing after that will be announced well in advance, and there will be a free version with a monthly limit.
The current version of Boardsmania is available on iPhone (iOS 16.4 or newer). We're actively working on bringing Boardsmania to Android as well — stay tuned!
